Our Story
Since 2020, Seven Reel has been the trusted online betting companion for millions of people across Bangladesh. We believe the thrill of the game should be accessible to everyone — safely, transparently, and in Bengali.
Our goal is to bring a world-class online betting experience to every corner of Bangladesh — from Dhaka to Rajshahi, Chattogram to Sunamganj. Seven Reel wants every player to receive the same standard of service, in their own language.
Our mission is to build a platform where security, transparency, and responsible gaming go hand in hand. Seven Reel believes that ethical business and player protection are complementary — not competing — values.
When Seven Reel launched in early 2020, online betting platforms in Bangladesh were few and far between. Most were foreign-owned, with English-only interfaces and little to no support for local payment methods like bKash or Nagad.
A group of young tech entrepreneurs had a clear vision — Bangladeshi players deserved a platform of their own. Somewhere with everything in Bangla, all transactions through mobile banking, and support available even at 3 AM.
Seven Reel was born from that vision. The name was inspired by the seven reels of a slot machine — where each reel represents a new chance, a new possibility. In the same spirit, Seven Reel aims to give every player a fresh opportunity every single day.
Starting with just a few thousand users, Seven Reel now has over 500,000 registered members. Thousands of matches are bet on every day, hundreds of jackpots are won, and millions in BDT change hands — all within minutes.
There's one reason behind this growth — trust. Seven Reel has never withheld a player's legitimate winnings. Never played games when it comes to payments. It's this integrity that has made Seven Reel one of the most trusted names in Bangladesh's online gaming space.

What Our Members Ask Most
The bonus wagering or turnover requirement is actually quite straightforward — an example makes it clear. Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus of another ৳1,000. Your total balance is ৳2,000. If the wagering requirement on that bonus is 10x, you'll need to place a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw. Keep in mind — wagering is usually calculated on the bonus amount, not your total balance. Lost bets still count toward your wagering total; it's the amount wagered that matters, not whether you win or lose. On Seven Reel, the terms for every bonus are clearly listed on the voucher page. All bets on casino slots count 100%, while some Live Casino games may count at 50% — this will also be stated in the terms. If you're ever unsure, just ask via live chat and we'll explain everything in Bengali right away.
Seven Reel's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Loyalty points are earned with every bet and game played, and your tier is determined by the points you accumulate. Monthly cashback starts at the Bronze tier. Silver members enjoy faster withdrawals and access to exclusive bonus offers. At Gold, you're assigned a personal account manager who can assist you in Bengali. Platinum unlocks higher withdrawal limits and entry to monthly VIP tournaments. Diamond is the highest tier, offering invitations to exclusive events, birthday gifts, special cashback rates, and much more. There's no separate application needed to move up the VIP ladder — play regularly, earn points automatically, and your tier upgrades on its own. You can always check your current points and how many you need for the next tier right from your account dashboard.
